NAMC is excited to share our 2025–2026 case, Faizmart v. National Labor Relations Board. The questions presented are:
The Seventh Amendment guarantees that “in Suits at common law … the right of the trial by jury shall be preserved.” Did the National Labor Relations Board violate that Amendment when it ordered Faizmart to pay an illegally fired employee for all his “foreseeable” expenses resulting from the firing?
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution vests the “executive Power” in “a President of the United States of America.” Did Congress violate that constitutional guarantee when it prohibited the President from communi-cating privately with certain executive officers?
