NAMC is excited to share our 2026–2027 case, Palmer Coffee Roasters v. New Storke. The questions presented are:

  1. Whether the First Amendment’s ministerial exception bars the State of New Storke’s age discrimination suit against Palmer Coffee Roasters?

  2. Whether the Fair and Open Nondiscriminatory Trade Act violates the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment, on its face or as applied to Palmer Coffee Roasters?
